CIBART® is a bar showroom that offers an innovative connection between art, production, and local food and wine culture. Located in the charming Alberica square, the heart of the ancient center of Carrara, in the premises once occupied by the historic tavern "La Borsa di Volterrani," CIBART® combines an exhibition of artistic artifacts, furniture elements, high-design components, and a careful selection of typical products linked to the wine and food tradition of the area.

Marble, terracotta, ceramics, metal, and wood craftsmanship, which interpret both the style that has made Carrara the world center for marble processing over the centuries and the love for the Tuscan land and its millennia-old production in the field of ceramics, accompany the tasting of internationally recognized products such as Lardo di Colonnata PGI, Candia and Colli di Luni wines, Lunigiana and Garfagnana cheeses, Vinca bread, etc.

Designed and conceived as a multifunctional open location, both a bar/wine bar and a constantly changing exhibition hall, a meeting place, an area for cultural exchange, and a space dedicated to moments of tasting (lunch, aperitifs, dinner), CIBART® is born to dynamically, originally, and experimentally enhance the artistic research of the STUDIOFORMART® workshop by integrating it into a particular and careful recovery of the territorial reality of its area of origin. An idea by Andrea and Simone Dell'Amico designed and implemented by Studioformart®.
